You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities carried out through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use Duka365 only for lawful and authorized retail business management activities. You must not:
Duka365 allows you to manage inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, and expenses. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into your account.
To keep dashboards readable, Duka365 may abbreviate displayed values. K means thousand, M means million, and B means billion. These are display shortcuts only; underlying records retain their full values.
Duka365 provides tools for recording and summarizing business information. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice; calculate or file taxes on your behalf; or guarantee that reports satisfy statutory requirements. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and consulting qualified professionals or relevant authorities.
Your subscription provides access to the full Duka365 web application. Native applications for iOS or Android, if offered, are optional add-ons and may have separate availability, pricing, device requirements, and app-store terms. The web application remains the primary service unless your plan or agreement states otherwise.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be liable for any downtime.
Protend may suspend, deactivate, or terminate access where necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or operational reasons, with or without notice.
Your use of Duka365 is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your shop and account information is collected and processed.
Duka365 is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Protend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreement.
